Trolling the Internet at 1 a.m. -- not a smart move...

Nouvebelle and Bellesse Product Scam

Friday afternoon, while I was trying to handle two forest fires that I was quickly losing control of, (my euphemism for work situations that move from low on the totem pole, to where the entire pole is engulfed in flames), I received a phone call from Fraud Detection which my Credit Union uses to protect its members. It wasn’t clear to me at that point what was happening when I was told there were two suspicious charges on my credit card. The names of the companies mentioned were from charges made back in January, but it seems I was being re-charged. The person suggested I call the company and gave me a number.

When I arrived home, Mary mentioned that the Credit Card Fraud Detection had left a message and gave a case number. Now, when I heard the words “case number” my little antennas started twitching. So I decided to call back and get the whole story since I wasn’t too attentive to the earlier call. Remember, forest fires were blazing wildly when I took that earlier call.

Well, I made the call and things quickly changed from “that’s not a big deal” to “oh shit, hundreds of dollars are being charged on my credit card that I know nothing about”, in a span of less than 60 seconds. As I started to panic the nice voice on the end of the line explained to me what was happening in a very calm soothing voice. She told me her name was Rhonda.

Well, it seems my midnight trolling on the Internet back on January 24th, bit my “credit card wallet” big time. I had found a page about “Nouvebelle” an anti-aging face cream that I could get a “risk free trial” for only the price of shipping ($4.95). The page also suggested getting “Bellesse,” a Vitamin C anti-aging eye serum that worked well with “Nouvebelle.” That sounded awesome to me, since those deep wrinkles around my eyes were growing bigger every morning that I look into the mirror. Oh yes, that too came with a “risk free trial” and the shipping cost of that product was $6.95. Hey, it sounded like a great deal at 1 a.m.

Rhonda, the nice voice on the phone, explained to me that in very small print somewhere on their webpage was a disclaimer explaining that I was joining a membership program in which I would automatically be charged monthly for the company’s products. Now, this would happen through the credit card that I so willingly typed in on the website for the shipping costs of what I thought were “free samples.”

Yikes! And, the monthly cost for “Bellesse” the anti-aging eye serum is $92.74 a month while the “Nouvebelle” anti-aging cream is $97.83 a month! On top of that, there was another charge on my credit card from a company called “Eyes Awakened” that I never heard of, much less ordered, and they are based in the United Kingdom. The other two are based in New Jersey.

Rhonda mentioned that it is not unusual for these companies to share credit card information with other similar membership programs. I asked what I could do and Rhonda mentioned several options. I could dispute the charges with the companies involved and also with my credit card company and I could cancel my credit card. She mentioned that the United Kingdom one was going to be a tough nut to crack (not her exact words, mine sound better). She’s right, because if I tell them that Governor Christie is a relative that won’t mean a thing to them but it might to the two companies located in New Jersey!

Somewhere in this phone call I had Rhonda chuckling because I kept saying over and over “Mary, my partner, is going to kill me.” By the way, Mary had warned me that trolling the Internet wasn’t a bright idea. No shit.

Rhoda – Thank you so much for educating me about reading the small print and telling me the options I have available to get out of this mess. You were so patient with me. I promise, no more midnight trolling on the Internet! And, as you can tell, Mary didn’t kill me after all, but she is shaking her head a lot.

I called my credit card company and canceled my card. I agreed to fill out a dispute form regarding the transactions that I didn’t make. I was also told to call the companies to ask if they would reverse the charges made on my card.

I called the number for the United Kingdom group that I was given earlier in the day, the recorded voice said to have the credit card I placed my purchase with available to give to the customer service representative that would soon come on the line. Are you kidding me??? I hung up.

So last night around 5:30 p.m., I was trying to get up the nerve to call the other two companies. I was waiting for Mary to get back from the store with a bottle of white wine before I called. Well, after enjoying the wine, I decided to wait and call them on Monday. And they most likely would be closed for the weekend anyway, right?

Finally, I called the company with the number that I was given by the Credit Card Fraud and ended up talking to Austin. I told him I didn’t want to pay for either product and he said I would have to return both products to get a refund. I was told that I had to mail each product separately to Healthy Essentials which is located in the United Kingdom. Austin kindly gave me the mailing address for a P.O. Box in West Lothian, United Kingdom. This is where things started looking fishy since both items were mailed to me in one box and they were mailed from within the U.S.

With all this information, I went off to mail them. Here is where it got real tricky. To send my two packages to the United Kingdom by UPS was going to cost about $60 each and, oh by the way, UPS doesn’t deliver to a P.O. Box. Isn’t that convenient? And I’ll bet their marketing department knew about that loop hole. And, if I went through the Postal System, it was less expensive, but I would need to fill out a U.S. Customs Form for each package.

At this point I gave up in sheer frustration. I figured it was a lost cause. Why should I spend a lot of money on postage or try to negotiate filling out Custom Forms, when I didn’t even know if I’d ever get back the $200.57 charged on my credit card? (Actually, I believe this is also part of the company’s marketing strategy). If a person is given a complicated process, she might just give up and not fight for a refund.

I stewed for several hours.  I then looked at that product boxes and I noticed that the two 800 #’s on them were different than the one I was originally given by the Credit Card Fraud department. Also, the one box was labeled manufactured for Nouvebelle Skin Care, 419 Cedar Bridge Ave. Lakewood, NJ. And the other was manufactured for Bellesse at the same address. Yet, I was given the address for the United Kingdom and that company was named Healthy Essentials.

Then I called one of the 800 #s and spoke to Melody who, I found out, was talking to me from Florida. Wow, I’m now dealing with a company with offices in New Jersey, Florida and United Kingdom. That’s impressive. I explained to Melody what Austin had told me and she agreed that sending the two items back to the United Kingdom was my only option to get refunded especially since I kept the products past the 14-day return policy.

What return policy? She mentioned all of this was in the terms and conditions which I failed to read because I didn’t know there were conditions on a “free risk trial.”  Also, remember I mentioned that the ad for Bellesse said that I only had had to pay for shipping and I would get a 30-day supply? I never saw anything on either webpage that said anything about 14 days.

At this point, I am really annoyed and I start asking Melody to slowly repeat what she had told me because I was trying to write it all down. I explained that I wanted to get all the details so I could write about this experience on my blog. After that comment she put me on hold for several minutes.

When she came back on the line she offered me a refund of $140. I’m no fool. Well, yes I am, because I got myself into this mess in the first place. I said yes, that I would accept that amount as a refund. Melody informed me that my credit card would get refunded within a week. Several days went by and the $140 was credited to my now closed credit card account. Yippy Skippy!

Lesson learned. Never troll the Internet at 1 a.m. without reading the terms and conditions of whatever items you are purchasing. And anything that says “free risk trial,” tread carefully.

Ah… what price beauty?

Until the next time...

  1. Sharon - I had the same problem! Do you have the phone numbers for those companies in New Jersey? My CC Company didn't have them. Fortunately they declined the charges, but I have to contact them to stop the madness!
    Thanks,

    1. Kat - I'm been meaning to write a follow up on this - because I got quite a run around I was able to get $140 back of the $200.57 charged on my account. Here are the numbers I found on the product boxes, Nouvebelle 866-508-7378 and Bellesse is 866-524-2752. I called the Bellesse number and talked to a customer service rep who was located in Florida. It is quite a scam how the company is making their money. Check back at ohsharonelaine.blogspot.com in the next week or two to my follow-up story about this. Good luck!!

    2. Sharon, I'm sorry I was calling you Elaine. Anyway I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am that you took the time to help others. My product came in the mail today. By the grace of god I also came across your story today. I was so upset and freaking out. I am really not good at dealing with things like this and usually pull the covers over my head. As I read your story I felt I wasn't alone and I could feel your pain at having to deal with this. I powered through and believe it or not found strength in you.😊 Thanks to you it only took me thirty min. I even shared my story at exactly how I got out of it only losing 4.00 and still having the. Stupid product. Thank you so much and I am so sorry you ever had this nightmare happen. Please know that you turned it into a positive and helped so many others! Warm wishes, jennifer🙋

  4. I'm right smack in the middle of the same scam! It was impulse shopping.....I paid for one with a cc and the other with a debit card. I felt so uneasy after I did it that I cancelled my debit card the next day....took nearly 2 weeks to get a new one. Got my cc bill yesterday and, there it was! $97.83!!!!! Turned out to be in the fine print, recurring charge every month. I'm disputing it and cancelled the card. What a pain in the butt. AND I feel like a dope. I know better. If it sounds too good to be true....it probably is. AND THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS! Ellen degenerous (can't spell, sorry) face was linked to the original ad....wonder how she feels about that. Doubt she even knows.

Be careful about returning the product especially if they mention mailing it to the United Kingdom. Fight them on this because the items are shipped within the U.S. Best of luck and let me know how it all turns out.

  6. It isn't even 1 am, it's just shy of noon here in sunny hot and windy California. So the nieve and gullible me scanned a post on Facebook about these products being a miracle for "an average mom of 3 in San Diego." I wrote the two magic names on my hand, typed the first of the two products Into Google clicked on the website. Free sample?! Lucky me! They are still giving away free samples!!! Laugh at me I deserve it! Duh! Filled in name address phone and y uppers E-MAIL TOO. Clicked the rush button and was then asked for my preferred method of payment for the shipping. I got that gut feeling. Clicked the back button and was alerted not to leave the page because I was being offered a 50% discount!!! Well lucky me didn't want it. So I clicked that button rapid fire and re Googled and found your post. But now some jack off jersey has just enough of my info to make me worried.

  7. I just tried I use prepaid cc online but they refused it, said no way in hell are you getting access to my credit card, gave them a phone # I rarely answer, and wouldn't except the email acct. I use but took another that I don't ,still has some personal info, can they use it to hurt me in some way? Does anyone know the answer help after seeing your blog very glad I didn't use cc# but the cream sounded like an answer to my prayers, Sharon you said you had the creams did you use them if so did they work or was that a scam too?

    1. The cream did make my face feel softer but did not help lessen my winkles. Still have them. Keep researching. This product would end up cost you $99 a month and there are better things out there that aren't a scam. Also, you didn't give them much information so I wouldn't worry about that. They have never contacted me once they refunded me $140 of the $200 I was charged for their two products. Best of luck.

And my suspicions were correct. Although i felt terrible for you ....and others who weren't so lucky,I couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief and feel happy that i did not put my c.c. #in that box. ..THANK YOU AGAIN. ..for this post it just saved me and my family alot of cash ...

  8. Thanks so much. Canellation successful; I was within 18-days from the date I requested my 30-Day "NO-RISK" FREE SAMPLES of the Nouvebelle Anti Aging Face Cream and BELLESSE Anti Aging Eye Serum. I was asked to mail the items back, but I refused because both items were advertised as 30-Day NO-Risk "FREE SAMPLES," thus was the reason I gave for my cancellation. SO, they agreed to cancel my orders and allowed me to keep the "FREE SAMPLES." I got CANCELLATION Confirmation Numbers for each item. NOT SURE I would have been successful had I not threatened to report them to the US Government Frauds Division for False Advertising. Thanks again. C. Robins

  9. I ran into the same issue NO RESULTS!!!! THESE ITEMS DONT WORK PERIOD!! They also charged me for my risk free trial and I canceled 6 days after I received the product. Well within the 30 days risk free money back guarantee... They also asked me to send the product back and I too refused because I paid for the free trial 30 day supply at no risk and 30 day money back guarantee...i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back and never got a single call only to get charged a month later! Called my bank (Wells Fargo) and they asked me for the website as I was making a claim against this company for my money back... RESULTS? Money credited back to my account 3 days later!!! Thank god! I learned my lesson!!

  10. I'm having the same nightmare experience with my account. I was also under the impression that the free trial was just that. I to was offered that 50% discount on the $4.95 & $6.95 and did not receive either. Both products came in same package six days after the original order with no paper work, and the box actually got thrown away. Not only have I been charged the $92.74 & $ $97.83 it has over drawn my account with two $34. Charges and as of today another $15. Charge. The phone number attacked to the charge from bank is a survey . Wow! I'm not getting anywhere with the bank, but I will try these phone numbers. I'm so frustrated.

  11. I was also prey to this scam. I emailed the contact found on the box and received a reply that my account was canceled as of June 20th. I just received a shipment and my account was charged the 92.74. I called my bank and they are disputing the charges and canceled my CC and are issuing me a new one - their suggestion in order to stop payments. I am also going to post office to refuse shipment, which means it will go back to the PO Box in Savannah, Ga. The bank will keep me informed. Lesson learned - search before ordering anything. Am going to use phone numbers you posted. Thanks for your blog.

  13. Thank you SO MUCH for this blog, and the answers from the other ladies here as well! I work an evening job doing tech support, so being on the 'net at 1:00 am is quite normal for me.

I have a Visa from WallyWorld that I use exclusively for things like this. It runs through just like any other regular debit/credit card. At the time of placing my order with these jerks, it had probably $70 on it. They took my money, sent the Nouvebelle (I declined the Bellesse)--but the pkg came with both anyway. Wouldn't that lead one to think their marketing department is already so "loose" they're expecting everyone to accept the 2nd "oh so wonderful" product?

I gave them a number strictly dedicated to an outgoing line (remember--I do tech support at home). I gave them a pre-paid CC number. Now don't get me wrong: IF I get something like this from a reputable and we'll known company, or if after the trial period I love something, I can (and often do) call back to change/correct my info...

What happened next was beyond belief! They started raising Cain about their $97 due when I called to cancel (within my 30 days)--and they had the gall to try to threaten me with collection! I laughed at the lady and told her the joke had been turned around, because I had a 30 day RISK FREE trial and they tried the mailing back to UK trick with me too.

When I told them their shipping method wouldn't and couldn't be sent to a PO box, and I was going to go to the state attorney's phone number next, they hung up in a huff and I haven't heard from them since.

As far as the quality of the cream: snake oil. LITERALLY advertised to use "snake venom derivatives" and other than a light moisturizer, no wrinkles disappear or improve.

They're just another scam out there to take your credit card info and run with it. What a hot mess. RUN, DON'T WALK, BUT RUN FAR AND FAST FROM BELLESSE AND NOUVEBELLE! It is a SCAM to take your money, you'll see no results, their ad pictures are retouched/fake, and you're going to pay out the wazoo if you use a debit or credit card with this bunch of shysters!

I can only imagine if you were to use a debit card with these jerks the overdraft charges you'd be getting! Let's figure most banks now charge $30-$40 for each overdraft. If they charge you twice for the products, there's $60-$80 in OD charges on top of the already $200 you've been billed---so this junk "could" eventually cost you almost $300!!!

WARNING: BAD PRODUCTS, BAD PEOPLE, FALSE CLAIMS AND ILLEGAL BILLING OF ACCOUNTS!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE CLAIMS OR IF YOU DO WANT TO TRY IT, USE A PREPAID CARD WITH A SUPER LOW BALANCE SO THEY CANT CONTINUE TO SCAM YOU!!!

    NOUVEBELLE = SCAM
    BELLESSE = SCAM

I changed my credit card so they could not charge me for July and August but my credit union let the charges go through anyway so I am out $600.00. Received only 3 products in 2 shipments.
Called http://www.nouvebelle.com Customer Ser. at 866-508-7378 (In terms)to cancel my account August 7, 2015 when I found out they had my Aug. payment in hand.

  15. Back in July of 2015, I was scammed by this company as well. I thought I was paying for two shipping costs of less than $5 each for the skin cream and eye gel. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $97.83 & $92.79 in August. It wasn't until I received a pkg. of the skin cream on 9/2/15 and my invoice stated "subscription" and yet, there was no monetary amount listed on the invoice. Super misleading! I proceeded to call their (866) 508-7378 and spoke to sales rep. who was hammering me in keeping the product with a 50% discount if I continued my subscription. I explained to him that I never signed up for a subscription and demanded a full refund of $97.83. Furthermore, why would I continue doing business with someone who is misleading in their offers ??!! I got a supervisor on the line, and he gave me a full refund, which will show in approx. 7-10 days. Afterwards, I called my issuing bank for my credit card to report this incident. At this time, I discovered the two additional unauthorized charged made in August ($97.83 & $92.79). They mislead their customers to believe we are receiving "FREE SAMPLE" products and are paying only for the shipping fees. That is not the case! They sneak in the charges afterwards. To make the matters worse, they continue to haunt you with an automatic monthly subscription. Today, I've disputed a total of 3 charges ($288.45 total) with my bank and filed a Fraud/scam case. My credit card has been canceled. Therefore, this company will not have the luxury to scam me every again! The products are worthless. I didn't see any results from what they claimed.

  17. Having similar nightmare with these scammers. I read the fine print and called within the time allowed to cancel the product and to my surprise saw my bank dc being charged the same day I cancelled. Called back a second time and demanded a FULL refund to my bank dc. They demanded that I return the product before they agreed to give me the refund minus a re-stocking fee. Say what? Re-stocking fee for a product already used? No way in hell. I want a full refund. So after much discussion back and forth they agreed to a full refund. Two days later I see the other product (eye serum) charged on my account. That really did it. I called the number that showed in my bank account and told them in no certain terms that I want a FULL refund for that or I was going to call the FTC and file a complaint against them. They agreed to full refund minus re-stocking fee (here we go again). I told them again that I don't settle for anything less than a FULL refund. They finally agreed to that. My next step was to call the Bank, Fraud Division, and initiate the "dispute process" with them as well placing a "stop order" for the name of the company (ies) that made the unauthorized charges. I am receiving a temporary credit for the first charge and I have to call the bank again in a couple of days to dispute the second unauthorized charge. BTW, I am sending back the two containers completely empty. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and recommend that everybody that got scammed by these scam artists do the same.

Your a blessing. Ok, I called the nouvebelle company at 866-508-7378. If you can call from a landline. I told the gentleman who answered that I was not going to be part of their scan. I made it clear I knew they were rotten. I told him I would not pay to mail the product back, (I only received one box). I would not pay for anymore. I also let him know my bank was made aware of their scam. He said I would be paying one hundred dollars fir what I already received. I said ok, "ian" should I go ahead and call the United States gov. Fraud division for false advertisement?
He said hold on let me see what I can do. He put me on hold for two min. Came back and said ok. I demanded a cancellation number. I was very stern and told him what was going to happen. I thren called my bank with the cancellation number Ian's name and the time and date of our phone call. The bank recorded this information and the. I cancelled my card and requested a new card. I am so sorry to everyone who is going through this. Thank you to everyone who helps me. Jennifer

But the one thing that annoyed me is that she said since I was on an auto pay they still could try to push through even though I explained to her all they have done to countless customers, so since I saw the shipments went out today from an email they sent me I guess as soon as I receive or couple days after??any suggestions?? I will call & cancel any membership and make sure to get name, company who I speak to is from and definately a cancelation & confirmation number and will expect an email confirmation as well...I have multiple sclerosis plus a host of other health problems & just hope they don't give me the run around or a problem canceling...thanks again for for any input I might have missed.

  26. Sharon Elaine - thank you so very much for your blog! Though I didn't read it in time to not order the "free trial", I read it in time to send this crap back. We'll never know if it works or not since they don't give you enough time to really try it. I found out that their "free trial" means that they won't charge you until after you use it, but it's not free samples of the products, it's only delaying payment. You will have to pay for them or return them, paying the return postage. Of course, you have to send them registered in some way to get a tracking number because these people will deny getting the return shipment. I ordered 3 separate items and now have to pay a minimum of $5.05 to the US Post Office for Priority Mail to send them all back. I was told I can't send them all in the same shipment, they have to be sent back individually. I hope as I get even older, I learn the lesson not to order any free items from the internet. My mother once told me that you got nothing for nothing and she was 100% correct! For anyone who has ordered this stuff - when it comes, don't open it. Call right away for a RMA number and send it back. It, of course, costs more to return it than they paid to ship it, but it will save you in the long run.

  29. The ad for this scam is posted by Daily Reviews ........ Unbelievable!! The previous post from "Unknown" is me. I don't know why it posted that way, I'm kind of a "newbie" in this field

  30. I knew it was a scam the minute I saw them trying to promote it with a photo of Cher. She'd be the first one to tell you her face has had the assistance of a very good plastic surgeon.

  31. I'm so glad I found this, now I don't feel so stupid. I'm cancelling my card tomorrow because the bank is closed tonight! Hope they don't charge anything else in the next 11 hrs! I experienced most of the above except the UK, I sent mine back to Pacoima, CA. Lucky me.

  32. I can't believe this company cannot be stopped. I just got off the phone trying to get a refund and they must use the same script over and over, I'll give you 50% off, let me put you one hold and see what I can do. I was PISSED how misleading this whole scam works, Ordered the trial products in 10/21/2015 and then was charged 92.79 & 97.83 on 11/10/2015, 12/10/2015 and then noticed they were trying to charge me again in Jan 2016. Called 855-812-3397 which is the Nouvebelle # on my package slip. There were NEVER any charges on these package slips, my bank account is being charged by "inspiring eye cream'????? I told the rep on the phone I was going to call my bank and report fraud, turn this into the consumer fraud department and this man had the nerve to tell me that I was not going to win b/c he gets hundreds of calls like this and has been working for the company for 2 years and they will show how I signed up on the website and agreed to the terms. I told him NOWHERE on the Nouvebelle sight does there say there is another charge from Bellesse in which he told me I should check their website as it states the charges there. I told him I did the 'trial' through Nouvebells website and did not order from 2 seperate sites and told him that I wanted a FULL refund for everything, he finally said we were getting nowhere and I should be happy that he was willing to give me a full refund for the shipment that just arrived. I will make sure that refund does go through BUT will be calling my bank on Monday to report the fraud and dispute all charges totalling 571.86 for Nov. Dec and Jan, going to write to every complaint board, consumer advocate I can find and also write the Attorney General because this fraud needs to be STOPPED NOW and any 'famous' name
like Oprah and Chris Jenner should be speaking out that their names are being used in this scam...hmmm.................I am not going to let this go until this scam is shut down.....they have pissed off the wrong person.........

  35. To all who have been scammed by this company,

I too was just scammed by them for $190.62. I literally just got off the phone with a customer service rep who told me I would have to provide them with the tracking # before I would be given a refund. I told the rep I would provide her with the return number I was given by their company so she could check with the "warehouse" to check for sure if my package had been received. When she told me she couldn't do that I knew immediately that was part of the scam and that's exactly what I told her; this company is a modern day gypsy selling "snake oil." I was then told I would be given a 50% refund and then if I could provide the tracking number then I would be given a "full refund." I think this company would be a great one to air on an episode of "American Greed!"

  36. I, too, ordered the free samples for just the price of s/h. For some reason I had a gut feeling to check it out because the products were full size, not small samples. I found out it was a scam. I was within the 14 day cancellation window. I had used a credit card with a very low limit that I specifically use for orders such as this. My call to the credit card company went very smoothly. I cancelled the card and was told the company was already on their fraud list. I was assured there would be no charges from the company, that the credit card company would treat them as fraudulent and that if anything ever showed up on my credit history they would intervene to dispute it. I then called the company to cancel. I was given the return number and address to return the product. I then told the girl that she should be ashamed of herself for working for a scam company and that there were other jobs that would be legit if she just looked for one. A few days later I received a call from a man with a heavy accent demanding that I return the products ASAP. I told him I had no intention of returning them or paying his company another dime. I then grabbed my bullhorn and let it rip in his ear! One thing I haven't seen mentioned here is the variety of creams that pop up on sidebars. I've clicked on many of them and found they use the exact same wording. They include Dr. Oz, show Martha Stewart and others and the reviews are identical! The woman whose sister got the trial, but she missed out and was so glad she was able to get it this time, etc. Another red flag is that the wording is from another language that doesn't translate properly into English. The bottom line is that they probably haven't been shut down because they have MULTIPLE products all tied to the same scam. Also, I found it funny that when Kris Jenner was interviewed after Lamar Odom's arrest, all she wanted to talk about was that all of her family was using Nouvabelle and Bellesse. If that family is involved it's a deal-breaker for me!

  37. I just got off the phone with this company and there is NO doubt it is a scam. So wish I knew how to gt this word out to the public. First of all, I did not even see the rotating shipment unit AFTER I provided my CC number and paid for the "risk free trial". I tried to cancel immediately and was told it had already shipped. (most likely not true). There was NO section for terms and agreements on the site I used (something related to doctor OZ). I have called twice now and talked to 2 different customer care reps. The best offer was a 40$ refund and I could keep the products that were not working. Really? The other offer was return them for a "full refund" minus the $20 restocking fee each!!! I am not finished with this yet. but let me say that you do NOT want to get caught up in this web of deceit. It is dishonest and a ripoff. I am MOST disappointed that it is connected to Dr OZ. The only comfort I have is that this is the first time I have fallen for such a ridiculous scheme. Could it be my age? I thought I was supposed to be getting wiser.

  38. Yes, I wish I had seen this blog BEFORE I committed the idiocy of falling for this fraudulent mess. In Jan.2016, right before Sam.
Like many of you, I considered myself internet wise, and scam free, but not anymore. I can be added to the number of nincompoops that fell on the Nouvebelle web. A curse be onto them! I am not done with them either!

  40. The scam still goes on. I am from UK and it happened to me, when I told them that I will sue them, they cancelled my account straight away and told me to keep the goods. Something should be done about this scammers. They wanted to charge me £89 per month what for I do not understand?
